  • When you choose a service complete the inquiry form associated with the service, we will research your needs and provide you with the most effective quote for your review. When you accept the quote, we will have you complete a booking form (credit card authorization form) that we use to purchase your trip!

  • In most cases, yes. A deposit will be required to secure the pricing and availability of your trip. Depending on the type of travel or service, we can hold your vacations rate at a maximum of 5 days. Once a deposit is placed, we will provide you with dates of which we will follow up with you.

  • You may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the terms and conditions of the supplier (company you're traveling with). We will disclose this information during the quote and booking process.

  • We do not charge our clients for helping curate the perfect vacation for them.

  • Although you may not need travel insurance, it is recommend that you consider it. The unexpected can occur at any time. If you opt not to purchase travel insurance, you may not be eligible for any type of coverage or reimbursement should you need it .

  • A passport book is considered the best form of identification for travel compared to a passport card or REAL ID drivers license. A passport card cannot be used for international air travel. This is why we only recommend acquiring a passport book. We also recommend that your passport be valid at least 6 months after your travel date. This is to ensure that in the event of an emergency during international travel, you can return to the United States easily. If you are traveling internationally with us, we provide you with all of the Embassy locations and information in the event of an emergency while traveling.
